West Lake Longjing Tea, or Dragon Well, is one of China's most famous green teas, heralded for its high quality and distinct flavor. Originating from Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, this tea is celebrated for its 'four wonders'—emerald green color, aromatic scent, beautiful leaf appearance, and mellow taste. The flat, spear-shaped leaves are pan-fried by hand to halt oxidation, which gives them a smooth, clean finish. The flavor is refreshingly sweet with a slightly nutty undertone, which reflects the meticulous care and skill involved in its cultivation and processing.
