Hey everyone, I've been hearing a lot about grounding exercises as a method to reduce mental stress and anxiety. I'm curious if anyone here has tried them and found them helpful?

I'm dealing with some stress and anxiety lately and am looking for effective ways to manage it.

Grounding techniques like focusing on the present moment, body scan earthing, connecting with nature sound interesting, but I'm wondering if they're worth the time and effort. Have they made a noticeable difference in your mental well-being?
