Umrah is a significant Islamic pilgrimage performed by Muslims at any time of the year. Unlike Hajj, which has specific dates, Umrah involves a series of rituals that can be undertaken anytime. The pilgrimage includes entering the state of Ihram, circling the Kaaba seven times (Tawaf), and walking between the hills of Safa and Marwah (Sa'i). Although it is not obligatory, it holds great spiritual merit and is considered a Sunnah, enhancing one’s faith and devotion. Many Muslims undertake Umrah to seek forgiveness, purification, and a deeper connection with Allah.
