Our first impression of KLM Airlines JFK Terminal was one of surprise serenity and comfort. We were anticipating a hectic beginning as a family traveling together, complete with active children, loving grandparents, and an abundance of bags. However, the environment was pleasant and well-organized as soon as we walked inside the terminal. The KLM employees gave us a warm welcome and patiently and carefully walked us through the check-in process. The station itself was spotless, simple to use, and spacious enough for our family to unwind in. It set the tone for a pleasant travel ahead and was a refreshing way to start our trip.
