Sharing a quick shout out to the British Airways Office in Vancouver. I had to make some last-minute travel adjustments, and walking into their office turned out to be the best decision. The staff were not only efficient, but genuinely kind. They listened, offered options, and made sure I left with peace of mind and a clear plan. In a world of automated systems and long holds, this in-person experience reminded me why great customer service matters.
