Vidalista 10 mg is considered a PDE5 inhibitor because it contains Tadalafil, a medication that works by blocking the action of the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) in the body. PDE5 is an enzyme found in various tissues, including the penis, where it regulates blood flow by breaking down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), a molecule responsible for dilating blood vessels.
