Our family had a very positive flight experience with Avianca Airlines ORD Terminal from the Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) Terminal right from the start. We expected the typical airport pandemonium because we were traveling with a combination of young children and elderly grandparents, but the Avianca terminal at ORD was calm, tidy, and well-organized. Our family's demands were met by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that we were seated together and assisted with strollers and additional bags. The check-in process was easy.
