The Oman Air Kuwait office swiftly evolved from a ticketing stop to a site where actual people were interested in our trip story while our family was organizing our trip. The staff showed us genuine kindness as soon as we stepped in, taking the time to learn about our needs and helping us with each step of the reservation procedure. We were reassured by their professionalism and patience, whether we had inquiries concerning aircraft connections or wanted guidance on traveling with children.
