Hello, Leaving from Turkish Airlines JFK Terminal was the perfect way to start our vacation. My family and I were traveling to Istanbul, and the experience in Terminal 1 couldn't have been better. The check-in was easy, and we were served quickly even with a busy terminal. One of the attendants even offered us water and stickers for the children while we were waiting. Security was efficient and courteous. What really cheered us up was how everything was so peaceful and serene. Boarding was conducted in an orderly fashion, and the airline let families with children board ahead of everyone else. In-flight, the warm, friendly vibes continued. Our children received small gifts, and children's meals and shows were provided. Each member of the flight crew was warm, respectful, and attentive. We felt safe, listened to, and respected. Turkish Airlines turned what could have been a tense day of travel into one that was absolutely wonderful. A five-star experience, start to finish!
